Daphoenodon skinneri
Taxonomy
Daphoenodon skinneri was named by Hunt (2002). Its type specimen is F:AM 70801, a skull (crushed skull with complete dentition and associated mandibles), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Royal Valley, which is in a Harrisonian terrestrial horizon in the Marsland Formation of Wyoming.
