Nabotherium aegyptiacum

Taxonomy
Rhagatherium aegyptiacum was named by Andrews (1906). Its type specimen is NHM M8449, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is NNW of Birket Qarun, which is in a Rupelian fluvial horizon in the Jebel Qatrani Formation of Egypt. It is the type species of Nabotherium.

It was recombined as Nabotherium aegyptiacum by Sileem et al. (2016).
