Taxonomy
Offleya inexpectata was named by Poulsen (1974). It is not extant. Its type locality is Locality 1. Offley Island, off of Washington & Hall lands, which is in a Llandovery reef, buildup or bioherm mudstone in the Offley Island Formation of Greenland.
