Dianchungosaurus lufengensis

Taxonomy
Dianchungosaurus lufengensis was named by Young (1982). Its type specimen is IVPP V4735a, a partial skull (Left premaxilla), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chang village, which is in a Sinemurian terrestrial horizon in the Lufeng Formation of China. It is the type species of Dianchungosaurus.

It was considered a nomen dubium by Weishampel and Witmer (1990); it was considered a nomen dubium by Norman et al. (2004).
