Carpilius cantellii
Taxonomy
Carpilius cantellii was named by De Angeli and Alberti (2021). Its type specimen is MCV.21/011-I.G.21.31 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is San Bovo (Bassano del Grappa), which is in a Bartonian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in Italy.
