Taxonomy
Edrossia vetusta was named by Perkovsky et al. (2020). Its type specimen is NIGP171721, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar. It is the type species of Edrossia.
