Patagotitan mayorum
Taxonomy
Patagotitan mayorum was named by Carballido et al. (2017). Its type specimen is MPEF-PV 3400, a partial skeleton (Postcrania), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is La Flecha ranch, which is in an Albian floodplain sandstone/mudstone in the Cerro Barcino Formation of Argentina.
