Norisophis begaa
Taxonomy
Norisophis begaa was named by Klein et al. (2017). Its type specimen is FSAC-KK 7001 (posterior trunk vertebra with all zygapophyses preserved) and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Aferdou N'Chaft, which is in a Cenomanian fluvial sandstone in Morocco. It is the type species of Norisophis.
