Garjainia madiba
Taxonomy
Garjainia madiba was named by Gower et al. (2014). Its type specimen is BP/1/5760, a partial skull (Right postorbital, right postfrontal and partial frontal in articulation; ventral end of left postorbital; left jugal; right paroccipital process with partial s), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Driefontein, which is in an Olenekian fluvial siliciclastic in the Burgersdorp Formation of South Africa.
