Aporrhais arrialoorensis was named by Stolizcka (1867) [from the Senonian Arrialor Group of southern India].
It was recombined as Tessarolax arrialoorensis by Cossmann (1904); it was recombined as Trilemma arrialoorense by Blagovetshenskiy and Shumilkin (2006).
