Esfahanella magna
Taxonomy
Esfahanella magna was named by Senowbari-Daryan and Amirhassankhani (2012). Its type specimen is BSPG 2011 XLIV-6 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Delijan reefs, Delijan area, Central Iran, which is in a Sevatian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Nayband Formation of Iran. It is the type species of Esfahanella.
