Olindalacerta brasiliensis
Taxonomy
Olindalacerta brasiliensis was named by Evans and Yabumoto (1998). Its type specimen is KMNH VP 400,001, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chapada do Araripe, Nova Olinda Member (general), which is in an Aptian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Olindalacerta.
