Sasakiela ryckholtiana
Taxonomy
Pleurotomaria ryckholtiana was named by de Koninck (1844). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Visé, which is in a Visean carbonate limestone in the Calcaire de Seilles Formation of Belgium. It is the type species of Sasakiela.
It was recombined as Agnesia ryckholtiana by de Koninck (1883); it was recombined as Sasakiela ryckholtiana by Bandel and Frýda (2004).
