Taxonomy
Lebia harrelli was named by Cockerell (1936). Its type specimen is AMNH 24518, an elytra, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Locality oo/cd 27, Quebrada El Griton, which is in a Paleocene lacustrine - small mudstone in the Maíz Gordo Formation of Argentina.
