Timanophon raridentatus
Taxonomy
Timanophon raridentatus was named by Novikov (1991). Its type specimen is PIN 3359/11, a partial skeleton (incl. skull and lower jaw), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mezenskaya Pizhma and Lower Syamzhen'ga, which is in an Olenekian terrestrial horizon in the Pizhmomezenskoi Formation of the Russian Federation.
