Phyllops silvai
Taxonomy
Phyllops silvai was named by Suárez and Díaz-Franco (2003). Its type specimen is MNHNCu 76.4620, a skull (nearly complete skull lacking left zygomatic arch and small braincase fragments), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cueva El Abrón Level VII, which is in a Pleistocene cave phosphorite in Cuba.
