Taxonomy
Pseudobeyrichiopsis was named by Kozur (1985) [Sepkoski's age data: C u P Djhu Sepkoski's reference number: 648,ZR91]. Its type is Pseudobeyrichiopsis vereckeiae.

It was assigned to Kloedcytherellidae by Kozur (1985), Crasquin-Soleau (1997); to Kloedenellidae by Kozur (1998); and to Palaeocopida by Sepkoski (2002).
