Aurikirkbya wordensis

Taxonomy
Kirkbya wordensis was named by Hamilton (1942). Its type specimen is Wisconsin Univ 22373 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM703c, Old Word Ranch, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian slope limestone in the Road Canyon Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Aurikirkbya.

It was recombined as Aurikirkbya wordensis by Sohn (1950).
