Type specimen: Its type locality is CAS loc1292, Northeast of Hulen Creek, which is in a Cenomanian marine sandstone/shale in the Budden Canyon Formation of California.
Ecology: facultatively mobile shallow infaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at CAS loc. 1292, Northeast of Hulen Creek
