Type specimen: YUP-HUS 100, a partial skeleton (nearly complete skull lacking lower jaws, found in association with a plastron, caudal vertebrae, partial pelvis, and partial femur, tibia, and fibula). Its type locality is Wadi Falqa, near El Huseiniya, which is in a Santonian coastal sandstone in the Wadi Umm Ghudran Formation of Jordan.
Ecology: amphibious omnivore
Distribution: found only at Wadi Falqa, near El Huseiniya
