Type specimen: MTA ACH 1339, a tooth (m3 inf. dext.). Its type locality is Candir, which is in a MN 5/MN 6 terrestrial claystone in Turkey.
Ecology: ground dwelling grazer-browser
Distribution: found only at Candir
