Blanzyhaplolepis beckaryae
Taxonomy
Blanzyhaplolepis beckaryae was named by Poplin (1997). Its type specimen is MGL 4036, a partial skeleton (Incomplete skull and body lacking dorsal and paired fins), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Montceau-les-Mines, Saone et Loire, which is in a Stephanian B/Stephanian C terrestrial horizon in France. It is the type species of Blanzyhaplolepis.
