• Occurs within zones NP13 and CP11 based on microfossil assemblage analysis

Environment/lithology: marine; limestone

• Based on fish taxa present, inferred to be open marine basin with a depth most probably greater than 300 m
• a package of laminated dark-brown and gray hard limestones (ca. 30 cm thick). Small pyrite nodules occur just below the base of the level, subdivided into 3 beds 10 cm thick. It
