Environment/lithology: estuary or bay; black, calcareous marl and coarse-grained, quartzose, yellow, argillaceous, calcareous sandstone

• in a "blackish marly limestone", also lignitic and formed by "a yellowish, coarse-grained sandstone" with a clayey-limestone matrix
