• Terrestrial sequence begins with a thick gypsum bed (60 meters) which progresses into blue clays with sandstone lenses. The fossil locality is located at the base of the blue clays and is resting on a sandstone bank.

Environment/lithology: fluvial-lacustrine; poorly lithified, fine-grained, blue claystone and poorly lithified, lenticular sandstone

• No absolute dating. Biostratigraphy suggests this locality is approximately 9 Ma.
