When: "Green Beds" Formation, Bartonian (41.3 - 38.0 Ma)

• The upper Eocene in this area is divided into (from base to top), the Cardita Series, Green beds, gypsiderous marls, Tanak beds, and Red beds. The "Green Beds" are made up of green marls, 15-30 m (49-98 ft) thick. A Bartonian age gas been suggested for this unit.
