When: Early/Lower Cenomanian (99.6 - 93.5 Ma)

•The age based on microfossils and ammonites would correspond to M. saxbii ammonite zone.

Environment/lithology: platform or shelf-margin reef; lithified, glauconitic, cherty/siliceous chalk
•It seems that Oceanosuchus lived in a carbonate platform environment, in tropical waters (approximately 20-25oC)
