Stratigraphic resolution: | group of beds | ||||
Stratigraphy comments: STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From the Rabot Mbr of the Santa Marta Fm, which is locally overlain by the López de Bertodano Fm (Campanian-Maastrichtian). The Rabot Mbr of Crame et al. (1991) is raised to formation rank by Marenssi et al. (1992), but the former lithostratigraphic nomenclature is used by the enterer AGE: Late Campanian, on the basis of ammonite biostratigraphy. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From lower "member 1" of the Rabot Member. |
