Taxonomic list comments:"Abundantly fossiliferous in lower 25 ft. with silicified rugose and tabulate corals, very rare brachiopods, some beds with a profusion of single species (e.g., a 6-in Coenites rectilineatus bed), but most with a mixture of many species. Fossils rare in the upper 70 ft." Additionally, authors state that crinoid columns are present "at almost every locality" and unidentified rugose corals "at many localities." |
