Stratigraphy
Formation:Poznan
Stratigraphy comments: The plant fossils occur in the Flamy Clay Horizon in the upper part of the Poznan Formation. The age of the deposits at the top of the horizon with plant remains is Late Miocene, an equivalent of Pontian in the stratigraphic scheme of Paratethys, based on palynology and regional geological correlation (Dyjor et al. 1998).
