Lithology and environment
Primary lithology: "reef rocks"
Includes fossils?Y
Lithology description: "Consists of clsely spaced settlements of muddy, detrital sediment...bioherms..."
Environment:reef, buildup or bioherm
Geology comments: "Consists of closely spaced settlements of muddy, detrital sediment, indicating a zone of weak turbulence. The allochthonous part of community was distributed in the normal turbulence zone, where the fossils occur as well preserved specimens in detrital sediment. This comm. lived in a broad, shallow water region, with normal to weak levels of turbulence. Assigned to BA 2. Occurs in authochthonous, unevenly scattered units, in which the coelenterates are close to each other within the bioherms, wheras the other organisms are rare in the bioherms.
