Lithology description: ["The sediments affected during the paleontological intervention, as well as the classical deposits of the same area, correspond to the Viladecavalls Block... The lithology and depositional characteristics of the sediments of this block vary slightly according to the system of alluvial fans to which they correspond: thus, north of Viladecavalls we find a facies domain of proximal breccias of the Terrassa-Viladecavalls system, while to the south [in] the same locality we found a domain of facies of proximal conglomerates of the Olesa-Les Fonts system."] - translated from the Spanish in Alba et al.
