Lithology description: shales are yellowish-green to green, glauconitic, sandy in some parts, and poorly fossiliferous. The limestone and dolomitic limestone interlayers are yellowish-grey in colour, hard – sometimes too hard for breaking up by hammer -, bioturbated with Thalassinoides and dissected by vertical fissures
