Taxonomy
Amaurellina moragai was named by Stewart (1927) [m. kosnik taxon no: 10088]. Its type specimen is UCMP 31387 and is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Tejonia moragai by Hanna and Hertlein (1943), Marincovich (1977) and Squires (1984).
