Planetetherium mirabile

Taxonomy
Planetetherium mirabile was named by Simpson (1928). Its type specimen is Amer. Mus. No. 22162, a mandible (left ramus with P3-4 and M1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bear Creek, which is in a Clarkforkian terrestrial horizon in the Fort Union Formation of Montana. It is the type species of Planetetherium.
