Linthia hanoverensis

Taxonomy
Linthia hanoverensis was named by Kellum (1926). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 10340, 10613 (City Rock quarry near cemetery), which is in a Bartonian deep subtidal ramp wackestone/grainstone in the Castle Hayne Formation of North Carolina.

It was recombined as Schizaster (Linthia) hanoverensis by Cooke (1942).
