Urumacocnus urbanii
Taxonomy
Urumacocnus urbanii was named by Rincón et al. (2019). Its type specimen is MCNC-10-72V, a limb element (left femur), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Taparito, which is in a Miocene coastal sandstone in the Urumaco Formation of Venezuela. It is the type species of Urumacocnus.
