Tylosaurus saskatchewanensis
Taxonomy
Tylosaurus saskatchewanensis was named by Jiménez-Huidobro et al. (2018). Its type specimen is RSM P2588.1, a skeleton (moderately complete and articulated skull associated with a quite complete disarticulated postcranium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Herbert Ferry, which is in a Campanian marine claystone in the Bearpaw Shale Formation of Canada.
