Yabeinosaurus bicuspidens
Taxonomy
Yabeinosaurus bicuspidens was named by Dong et al. (2017). Its type specimen is IVPP V 15840, a partial skeleton (associated but disarticulated bones on a slab of shale, preserving a right maxilla, a right jugal and ectopterygoid, a right pterygoid, a median premaxilla, bot), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jingangshan, Yixian (IVPP), which is in a Barremian/Aptian lacustrine shale in the Yixian Formation of China.
