Aturia myrlae

Taxonomy
Aturia myrli was named by Hanna (1927). Its type specimen is UCMP 31089, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP 3989, Tecolote Valley, which is in a Lutetian submarine fan shale in the Ardath Formation of California.

It was corrected as Aturia myrlae by Schenck (1931), Miller (1947), Squires (1984) and Squires and Demetrion (1992).
