Boverisuchus vorax

Taxonomy
Crocodylus vorax was named by Troxell (1925). Its type specimen is YPM 249, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Red Dog Buttes, which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial horizon in Utah.

It was recombined as Pristichampsus vorax by Langston (1975), Norell and Storrs (1989), Zonneveld et al. (2000) and Bronzati et al. (2012); it was recombined as Boverisuchus vorax by Brochu (2013).
