Molinodus suarezi
Taxonomy
Molinodus suarezi was named by Muizon and Marshall (1987). Its type specimen is YPFB Pal 6112, a mandible (A partial left dentary with m1-3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tiupampa site 2, which is in a Danian terrestrial horizon in the Santa Lucía Formation of Bolivia. It is the type species of Molinodus.
