Tamaulipasaurus morenoi

Taxonomy
Tamaulipasaurus morenoi was named by Clark and Hernandez (1994). Its type specimen is IGM 6620, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dinosaur National Monument South, Huizachal Canyon, which is in a Pliensbachian floodplain horizon in the La Boca Formation of Mexico. It is the type species of Tamaulipasaurus.
