Bernissartia fagesii
Taxonomy
Bernissartia fagesii was named by Dollo (1883). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sainte-Barbe coal mine, Bernissart, which is in a Barremian/Aptian lacustrine - small claystone/bituminous coal in the Sainte-Barbe Clays Formation of Belgium. It is the type species of Bernissartia.
