Sullivanichthys mccloskeyi
Taxonomy
Sullivanichthys mccloskeyi was named by Weems (1999). Its type specimen is USNM 496244, a mandible (right dentary), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fisher/Sullivan Site, which is in a Wasatchian marine horizon in the Nanjemoy Formation of Virginia. It is the type species of Sullivanichthys.
