Arcantiodelphys marchandi
Taxonomy
Arcantiodelphys marchandi was named by Vullo and Gheerbrant (2009). It is extant. Its type specimen is MNHN CCH4, a tooth (right upper (anterior?) molar). Its type locality is Font-de-Benon quarry, Archingeay-Les Nouillers, which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone/limestone in France. It is the type species of Arcantiodelphys.
