Cerithiopsidella (Vatopsis) was named by Gründel (1980) [Range - Mid Jurassic to Miocene]. It is not extant.

It was reranked as Vatopsis by Kaim (2004).

It was assigned to Cerithiopsidella by Gründel (1980) and Schnetler (2001); and to Eumetulidae by Kaim (2004).
