Gastrochaenolites ornatus
Taxonomy
Gastrochaenolites ornatus was named by Kelly and Bromley (1984). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is BMNH S. Woodward Coll. 32602, an other, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Hasborough Cliff, Norfolk, post-Pliocene, which is in a Pleistocene marine horizon in the United Kingdom.
