(2005); it was recombined as Lucina rotundata by Reeve (1850); it was recombined as Taras rotundata by Stewart (1930); it was recombined as Taras (Diplodonta) rotundata by Mukerjee (1939); it was recombined as Diplodonta (Diplodonta) rotundata by Freneix et al. (1988) and Moths et al. (2010).
