Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
R. Ziegler et al. 2007The genus Parvericius differs from all other erinaceines in the anteroposteriorly compressed trigonid of the m1 and m2. Parvercius buk differs from the only other species of the genus, P. montanus, in the less marked ectocingulids of the lower molars, in the P4 being distinctly shorter than the M1, and in the metaconule on M1 and M2, which is indicated as swelling on the termination of the postparacrista.
